Delivery Information
Orders received before 1.00pm and in stock will be dispatched on the same day of order. Any orders placed after 1.00pm will be processed for dispatch on the next working day.
We will not despatch an order which we cannot fulfil unless with a prior agreement. Any items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on back order and the whole order or the remaining order will be despatched within 24 hours of items arriving at our depot.
Deliveries are usually scheduled between the hours of 8am and 5pm weekdays and must be signed for unless a prior agreement has been made. There must be a suitably safe and accessible area for the delivery to be left at, as RendMaster Ltd will not accept any responsibility for the delivery once it has been left at the delivery address.
RendMaster Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delivery which has taken place and where no signature has been provided as we will deem the delivery of the items to be in perfect condition.
